Clark Landis presented a series of NBO Workshops throughout France, including
Université Pierre and Marie Curie, Paris (18 students; 10 hrs. lecture
and 15 hrs. computer lab),
Université de Marseille (15 students, faculty,
and postdocs; 2 hrs. lecture and 3 hrs. computer lab), and
Université Montpellier (18 students from Germany, Spain, Norway,
Holland, Italy, and France; 20 hrs. lecture and 15 hrs. computer
lab and projects).

Colombian National Congress and School
Frank Weinhold delivered the plenary lecture, "What is a Hydrogen Bond?",
and presented a series of three lectures on NBO theory at the combined
"V-ENQTC" (5th National Congress of Theoretical and Computational Chemists)
and "II-ECTCCM" (2nd Colombian School for Theory and Computation in the
Molecular Sciences) in Guatapé, Colombia, chaired by Prof. Albeiro
Restrepo of the University of Antioquia, Medellin.
